HireX and the HireX platform are operated by HireX Technologies Inc., a company registered in India. Our registered office is located in India. All transactions and platform usage are governed by our Terms of Service and applicable local laws.

HireX provides artificial intelligence (AI) tools designed to assist humans in specific roles (e.g., Marketing, Accounting, HR). The outputs generated by these AI employees are intended as first drafts and suggestions. It is the sole responsibility of the human user to review, modify, and ensure the factual accuracy, legal compliance, and appropriateness of any AI-generated output before finalizing or publishing it.
Intellectual Property
The HireX platform, its underlying code, design, logos, and proprietary AI orchestration algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of HireX Technologies Inc. Users retain ownership of any proprietary data they input into the platform and the final approved deliverables.
