Usage Data: We collect data about how you interact with our platform, including login times, features used, and AI generation metadata, to improve our services and monitor performance.

Input Data: To enable our AI employees to perform tasks, you may input business documents, text, and other media. This data is processed securely to generate outputs for your approval.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is primarily used to provide and improve the HireX platform. Specifically, we use it to authenticate your login, generate accurate AI outputs based on your prompts, process billing (via secure third-party processors like Razorpay/Stripe), and provide customer support.

3. Data Security and AI Privacy

We employ strict Row Level Security (RLS) on our database (Supabase) to ensure your business data is completely isolated. We do not use your private input data to train our foundational models. Your specific business knowledge remains yours.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with leading Large Language Model (LLM) providers (like OpenAI or Anthropic) via secure APIs. Data sent to these providers is strictly for immediate processing to generate your outputs and is covered by zero-data-retention agreements where applicable.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal and business data at any time through your dashboard settings. If you wish to completely close your account and wipe your data, please contact our support team.
