1. Services Overview

HireX provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to deploy AI agents ("AI Employees") for tasks such as digital marketing, accounting, HR, and sales operations. The platform requires human oversight and a formal "approval" before any AI-generated deliverable is finalized or published.

2. User Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Output Verification: AI is not infallible. It is your strict responsibility to review, fact-check, and approve all AI-generated content before using it in your business operations. HireX is not liable for errors, omissions, or legal damages arising from unverified AI outputs.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HireX to generate illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful content. You also agree not to abuse the platform's API limits, attempt to reverse engineer the application, or use the service to build a competing product.

4. Payment and Billing

HireX is a subscription service. By starting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds are provided for partial usage of a billing cycle unless specified in our 30-day money-back guarantee terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireX Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at our discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these terms and, in some cases, providing additional email notice.
